By agreeing to the terms of the Markets on Cell User Agreement (on your own behalf or as an agent for your company) you acknowledge that if you are a self paid account your information will not be shared with anyone. If you entered this agreement with a promotional discount, or your service completely provided by a third party, then your Name, Address, City, State, Zip, and Cell Phone number will be shared with that third party only. At any time, you can move to a self pay situation, without a promotional discount, and information will not be shared with anyone. Information is only shared to verify your group, association, or company affiliation, such that the third party is informed of your association to them as you indicated on your signup form.

What Personal Information Is Collected Through Markets on Cell.com?

Markets on Cell collects the personal information you supply when you use this Site, for example, the information you provide when you register to use this Site, when you download software, or when you personalize this Site to meet your specific needs.
